Yeah. He's either trolling or half insane or a bit of both. Not really worth the bother.

I was actually relieved that Spence got the injury because I was afraid he would have hurt Pac. If we'd had Pac-Spence we might actually also have had Spence-Crawford by now, but still much better that Pac went out in a competitive fight without taking heavy damage.

If you have to lie, and/or use Pacquiao's fights at the end of a ridiculously long career, then you already know you're talking ****. Pac never went life and death with Bradley, he was a helluva lot closer to pitching three shut outs than he was losing that first fight.

Prime Pacquiao, as in, DLH/Cotto/Clottey, would absolutely batter Spence. And no, it wouldn't be his best win there. Margarito and Cotto are better wins, and tbh, given his age, so is Thurman. And then Pacquiao has all his top wins below 147, too.

    Conor Benn stopped him faster.

Most fighters went life and death with porter thurman and garcia did for starters. With that said Spence didn't go life and death with him he beat him clearly.

Margo isn't good he's a glove loading cheat who was trash after getting exposed for his loaded wraps. He never beat anyone of note after that. His whole career has to be called into question. Spence beats the life outta margo like Shane did without his loaded wraps.

There are several things you're not getting or refusing to get and that's why we keep having communication issues.

    1) this thread is about Spence's chances against other welterweights. How Pac looked and What Pac did below or above welterweight cannot be used in the discussion, period. Just like whatever fights Duran had outside of 147 are irrelevant. So I'm using his fights at 147 as a frame of reference as opposed to using fights from other divisions. Pretty simple stuff. Pac was also an active WORLD CHAMPION in his fights with Bradley, horn, and Ugas. To ignore any fight where he doesn't look as good is cherry picking. You think I don't know what you're trying to do?

    2) Pac definitely went life and death with Bradley. I saw the fights live and he deserved to lose the first one and might have lost the second one if Bradley didn't gas. Last I checked, the record was 2-1 so spare me with your "lying" accusation.

    3) The Margarito and Cotto Pac beat were heavily nerfed by catch weighs. Margarito had also recently gotten the crap kicked out of him by Mosley so I find it funny you want to ignore bad performances from Pac but will include a weight drained and damaged goods version of Margarito to boost up Pac.

    4) Neither Margarito nor Clottey were better than Spence so no, Spence would not be inferior wins to them by any stretch of the imagination.

    5) Pac beating an old ass drained Oscar and a drained Cotto aren't enough to convince me he'd beat Spence. The quality of the opponents matter. What part of this are you not getting?

    6) Thurman? So it's ok to bring up that fight to make Pac look good but ignore the fights that happened years before Thurman such as Horn? Intellectual dishonesty at it's finest.

Not gonna bother replying to him anymore. Spence had been asking for the Pac fight for 5+ years. It would have been his biggest payday and the biggest name on his record. He'd have to be a complete idiot to fake an injury. Likewise, Joker would need to be a complete idiot to think Spence would do that on purpose and ruin his own career. He didn't exactly provide any evidence other than pure fanboy speculation.

I'm also glad Pac finally retired without getting hurt. Despite my recent posts, I enjoy watching him. But like LeBron James, his fanboys can be insufferable to talk to.

Yeah the loaded gloves are the elephant in the room that I hadn't even addressed yet lol. Unbelievable, people really think the drained damaged goods version of Margarito was better than Spence.

One of the dumbest things I’ve ever read about sports. Still didn’t know Manny fought solely at 147.

Spence stopped Algieri when he still had something left in the tank and had some relevance at the world level.

Benn stopped him in his last fight when he was an old nobody.

I guess you thought you had a point? This is what happens when people snip out one section of an entire post without context.

Still didn't know I ever said Manny fought solely at 147.

Anyone can look like they made a point if they argue against something they made up.

You're going to talk about Algieri being past it but bring up that Pacquiao lost to Ugas to discredit him ? Really ?

Spence is a stand up fighter and human being. He has integrity. When he says that his eye was damaged. I would tend to believe him because lying is not a part of his make up. He lives by old school rules because that's the way he was raised. Crawford is the same way. There is no fear in either camp, but there is much respect. Spence would have beat the brakes off Pac's old ass and he knew it. Pac would have been backing up all night. Spence's camp laid down the road map for his fight with Crawford and looking at it in hindsight, it was a brilliant move. Now Spence has three of the belts. After the Porter fight, Crawford's team should have immediately went after Ugas. Ugas would have took the fight because there was a belt at stake and that's what he wanted. Crawford would have knocked his ass out and been standing right in the way when Spence discovered he has a bad eye. Pac would have been staring in the eyes of the devil again. Pac would have taken the fight because where else could he go. Anywhere else he went would look and be a pure duck. The great Pac couldn't live with that so he would have taken that ass whoopin from Crawford and Crawford would have been standing right there waiting on Spence's return with two straps around his waist.
