Fury is an ATG HW who has mastered the art of showmanship while displaying heretofore skills never before seen on a fighter his size. Remarkable really.

What has he accomplished in the ring? He hasn't ruled for a long period of time, best opponents were old and limited, no long list of title defenses. What standards are you using to support Fury's case for the greatest?

Ali, Louis, Holmes, Lewis, Tyson, Holyfield, Foreman, etc. are greater. But Fury is definitely the best of his era.

Come on. We just had a heavyweight champion that made 18 consecutive title defenses over 11 plus years. Fury just made his 2nd.

This would be like George Foreman declaring he's the greatest of all time and not bothering to fight Ali... In fact Foreman wouldbe more justified he destroyed 2 opponents Ali lost to then struggled to beat.

Why are standards so low for this joker? Frankly winning undispuited is the bare minimum he's 33 why the hell can't he attempt to go on a title run? He's easily got 6 to 8 more fights in him before his prime really starts to dip.

Jesus it wasn't that long ago that wlad did an 18 title run with at least 10 opponents close to Dylan whites levels.

Frankly he's suckingg blood off wlads legacy. Remove him and your left with dosser wilder and plodding whyte as his stand out wins.

Fury might be the most talented heavyweight ever but he's squandered alot of his prime already. If he retires now he will be the biggest disappointment in heavyweight history.

He could've been if he went on a tear after the Klitschko fight, but he just didn't have the desire to, so no, he's not imo.

Fury doesn't care about "reigns" or holding titles

He cares about punching a motherruckers face in

Which is what he does. He doesn't need a carefully crafted resume like Floyd, Canelo, Wlad or AJ.

When another worthy person comes who people claim can't be beat or would beat Fury, Fury will rise to the occasion, in this case Usyk after he bodies AJ.

Fury is bipolar. To be consistent and scheduled is not in his plans, nor is it possible given the nature of a PPV fighter.

Fairly sure he'll take on Usyk at the end of the year, free agents. No messing around then hang them up till the next challenge presents itself. Saudi's will pay them for a small fortune.

5 world title fights and 3 against the same guy don't give you the best of all time status

Oh well, that's why he fought 2 guys before his first fight against Wilder : because he's just a tough guy who doesn't care about anything...

Or maybe he just carefully built his career like any top boxer ? Hence why he fought Wladimir only after more than 20 pro fights...

No because jumping straight in with Wilder after 3 years out is just stupid. His first bout back he wasn't in fighting shape he was still progressing.

Yeah and that was the right choice from him.

That's why i'm saying he built his career like any top boxer.

If you're really ready to fight anyone anywhere, it's the best road to tarnish your record.

When you begin your career, you have to carefully choose your opponents, and that's what any well advised boxer will do.

H2H maybe but in terms of his record or achievements then he is trailing behind.

hes a all time great but you can't be the goat when you win the titles and take 3 years off his resume just doesnt scream goat even if he has the skills which ithink he does .. if he can beat usyk and joshua in 2 fights if thats the rumour. then maybe he could be considered in the top 3 or 4 hw.
