Taylor/Serrano is more buzz with the casuals than Stevenson/Valdez

Expect better in this day and age

Man I'm hyped for this, look at the size of the hands of Serrano and Taylor. Amanda has huge hands while Katie has very miniature hands. Remember the fight between Toney and Holyfield? People were asking how's James gonna tko Evander with those small hands lol? Then again the late great Manny steward Lord rest his soul, said the bigger the hand the more power it throws: he wrapped the hands of Klitschko and Lewis and probably Evander, but let's see. Size of hands don't win fights, warriors win fights. Who's gonna win kt vs as idk? May the best woman win.

I'm actually quite looking forward to the undercard. Galal is on there, and Beefy vs Vargas will be good too.

 

Hearn and...Jake Paul. I'm not a big fan of the guy but he has a very large social media profile and is popular with the younger crowd who'd have probably never tuned into boxing before.

On this, I will agree. Stevenson vs Valdez has not taken off outside of the hardcore fan boxing circle.

I'll be honest I've watched the odd woman's fight when it's been given a big push on Sky. Never been impressed and that includes, Katie Taylor, Natalie Jonas, Clarissa Shields etc.

I'd rather watch two British level blokes who've trained far harder, perform at a higher level and have worked their way through a much bigger and better talent pool.

Personally only would want to see these fights much lower down the cards. I'm not tuning into any of these events out of protest.

Quite interested to see the result of Liam Smith vs. Jessie Vargas. Stevenson should beat Valdez but big chance for Valdez to make a name and its no formality.
