Unpopular Opinion: Floyd never fought fighters as great as Crawford, Ennis, Spence, Shakur, or Davis

    I've been looking back at everyone Floyd has fought and outside of PacMan, I don't think Floyd has fought many fighters as great as the fighters listed above. Oscar, Shane, Cotto, and PacMan were past their best so they don't count. Corrales and Madianna wouldn't even hold titles in today's era. Zab Judah was the Adrien Broner of that era, and Canelo Alvarez, at that time, was not as great as he is today. Agree or Disagree?

    His win over Pacquiao has appreciated if anything. The guy became a WW champion at 40 and beat one of the top prime fighters in the division.

    bruh bud Crawford best win is a past his prime Shawn Porter who was already thinking about retirement and coming off a loss. I can name almost a dozen wins better by Floyd. But looking just at Welter Mosley coming off a demo job vs Margarito is a better win.
    I like Spence he in my top 3 favorite current fights but Genero,Diego,C.Hernandez, Chavez, manfredy are all on par or better than Brook,Porter,Ugas,Garcia.
    Who you beat matters and outside of 140 Floyd has beaten some of the greatest fighters in boxing history in every division, this current era of welter that’s winding down didn’t they spent they entire career stalling each other out holding up fights vs each other trying to manufacture big fights instead of just fighting the fights.

    Don't ever put Broner in the same sentence as Zab Judah. Broner doesn't deserve to be mentioned in his company. Also I'd favor Corrales over Kambosos, Haney, and Garcia for certain. And those versions of Cotto, Mosley, and Oscar were good enough to be top contenders and possibly title holders in this era.

    genero is one of the best SFW in boxing history and deigo is one of the best LW/SFW in the 00’s decade. Spence hasn’t beaten no ATG welter Brook isn’t Shawn isn’t Ugas isn’t
