Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano & Jessie Vargas vs. Liam Mark Smith RBR.

I scored it 6-4 for Serrano but I had a feeling Taylor would win on the cards if it was close. I feel like Serrano had this and kind of gave it away though. She had those two really good rounds towards the middle of the fight but then took her foot off the gas like she thought she had a comfortable lead and could cruise to victory. I’m not a big fan of these 2 minute rounds. It makes the close rounds really hard to score. Plus you only have 10 rounds, so 20 minutes total…that would only be 2 minutes into round 7 in a men’s fight.

 

Big reason he lost 1M betting on Serrano.

Tbh I would not have disagreed with a draw. I dont think they should have the fight in Ireland because NO WAY on earth Serrano wins. You saw what happened with Josh Taylor gift in when he fought on home soil. No way you go to Ireland and beat their fighter on points. No way on earth

I had Katie winning 2 rounds (think 7th + 8th) maybe could swing the 10th, but there is no way she won more than that she was hurt in every round except the first.

The commentary was horrible, some of the most biased commentating I've ever heard. Seems like Jessica McCaskill can't get over her loss to Katie Taylor because she gave her zero credit for most of the fight when she was boxing and moving effectively in the close rounds. The rounds that Amanda Serrano won were very obvious, but I feel that she gave away most of the closer rounds (particularly the final few rounds)

 

I'm more pissed off at the 2 minutes rnd than result. Completely different result if this were 3 rnds
