When Valdez goes stationary, Shakur does inch in with stutter steps.

Valdez needs to take those opportunities to channel his Berchelt money overhand in those times.

 

Stevenson looks like he's barely getting out of 1st gear.

Valdez is putting everything in though.

 

Valdez getting into this now, he knows he's gonna have to walk through fire but he knows his firepower is superior. If he keeps it up he can make this anyone's fight.

 

Valdez now throwing lead rights as jabs. Love Stevenson's cool demeanor, still sees punches coming, need to be first though.

 

Valdez needs to keep on the front foot and throw those hard lead rights. If he lets Shakur take the play away and backs up at all he cannot win. He needs constant aggression.

 

Why are the commentators so excited? They were talking as if Valdez did something. Probing right hands that Stevenson is backing away from are not power punches.
