You dont even need a prime Lomachenko, Loma would beat him now, he just has too much work for Shakur and Shakur doesn't have that Lopez power, but Shakur has the higher ceiling, he's only 24

Did Rigo ever fight at 130 before the Lomachenko fight ? :(

Considering Shakur isn't even at his prime at the moment, unfair to compare.

If he keeps improving and winning, then compare primes I say.

He's certainly talented. I have a training top used when he sparred Lomachenko, glad I got it early.

I can’t remember, all I remember is that Loma outskilled him. Rigo is smaller than Shakur, that’s why I think it will look the same with Shakur not quitting.

Don't let the Valdez fight cloud your head. Perspective, Loma would have stopped Valdez

I was really surprised how often Valdez landed straight lead rights to Stevenson's head from his peek-a-boo type style. This is not the first time I've seen Stevenson get hit more often than a fighter with a supposed elite boxing style should get hit.

The 130 pound Lomachenko was way too slick, too intelligent and too aggressive for Stevenson. He wins an easy decision if he doesn't stop him late.

Shakur would also outskill and easily outbox a tiny super batamweight like Rigo or do you need Shakur to severely outclass Gary Russell Jr before you finally see the gulf that exists between Stevenson and the little goblin ?

Lomachenko beats Shakur but is it a totally dominant performance ? I don't see it

My already high opinion of Steven is only increasing, but Loma still does enough to get a decision, not as easily as people think though

I don’t think Lomachenko completely dominated Rigo. I’d also disagree with your assessment that Shakur would easily out skill Rigo. They are almost a mirror of each other, Rigo had more pop but Shakur is bigger. Rigo-Shakur is actually the close and interesting fight, that’s a real 50-50.
