Didn’t see it live as I was only 3 years of age but watching back the old fights, Chavez vs Meldrick Taylor is still the worst thing I have ever seen in Boxing. Thats worse than any rigged scorecard

Poor scoring doesn't make me back away.

The only times I question my fandom are when someone dies. The year before the pandemic was brutal.

GGG Vs canelo 1 and 2

    Mares Vs agbeko

Basically any judges decision where someone should've won and just gets ****ed

I'm not done with boxing. Why would I be here if so?

    Kovalev vs Ward.

It was the main one after a couple of (very) bad decisions and clearly biased referee actions, all in favor of the home/featured fighter, that made me take time out from boxing.

GGG vs Canelo made me lose so much hope for the sport.

This for me. Not just the robbery but the way the us boxing media and sports media as well as fans just flagrantly pretended it wasn’t a robbery and were heaping praise on ward. It couldn’t have been more obvious at that point that boxing is not a competitive sport, just theatre, and they will manufacture the stars, fights, results and narratives they want. This just got more flagrantly obvious as American boxing declined more and more and became more and more ridiculous the lengths they would go to spin and rig.

Never going to be done with boxing as it been part of my life since I was a kid, however my strength of passion for the sport has been eroded somewhat, no one reason mixture of for example, the bad judging, the sport getting more WWE by the day, the authorities stating seriousness of using PEDs, yet any ban for their use is not for life etc etc.

But great many like the present boxing situation, so I shall sit in my comfy chair, wear my old codgers hat, and say "Boxing was better in my day"

    Pacquiao vs Marquez 3
Pacquiao vs Bradley (the lesser of these listed)
The split decision with Mayweather vs Canelo
    GGG vs Canelo 1
    GGG vs Canelo 2
Trout vs Canelo scorecards (way, way too wide - blatant corruption)
Lara vs Canelo scorecards (way, way too wide - blatant corruption)
Wilder vs Fury 1 - Wilder lost every round outside of the KD's but was gifted a draw
    Taylor vs Catterall

I still love this sport, but **** I cannot stand the scum that lines the pockets of 'the judges'.

Ugh, he better not stick to this.

If he doesn't care about legacy, ok, I guess, but he always seemed like he did. If he fights and beats the winner to Usyk-AJ, he can retire and have a very claim to being the best of his era. Plus, if Fury gets lucky and AJ wins his fight with Usyk, that would be a huge cash-out fight. Fury's purse would be up there with some Mayweather earnings.

These would be the big ones.
But these days I'm surprised if there isn't at least one robbery per card. Don't know that I can point to a specific fight. It's to the point where fans say things like "not the biggest robbery ever so I'm ok with it."

    Never really had that feeling.

The closest thing to it is when two fighters at the top that should be fighting each other do everything to avoid each other. Or when fighters like Golovkin, and Leo Santa Cruz waste their careers by having one meaningful fight every several years.
