No current heavyweight is outboxing Fury. None would even come close. The only chance Fury gets beat is if he switches off & gets put to sleep which he almost has more than once & may well do in future but not against usyk who I'm not sure has the power to deter Fury moving forward the way Joshua should've. I'll take his retirement seriously when I see his belts being fought for & even then I'd be dubious but I can't see him leaving the sport due to fear of usyk
You’re underestimating how hard it is for a 270 guy to outspeed a 220 guy, the 220 guys co ordination balance speed only becomes so apparent when they’re in the ring, if you seriously don’t think anyone can outbox Fury you’re wrong, you’d have a shocked look on your face for 6 rounds if Usyk ever fought Fury. Cunningham was out boxing Fury and he’s nowhere near the boxer Usyk is, Fury himself has stated multiple times that small quick nimble fighters are the worst style for him, hence why he hasn’t fought one since Cunningham, who he had to put his ear muffs on and break down because he realised very early outboxing him wasn’t going to work.
Possibly, some will say he ducked the klitschko rematch also. Fighting usyk there's a lot at stake, an undefeated record and his place in history. Can see why he would swerve the fight but at the same time there must be something inside of him that wants to prove he can beat him.
You are totally underestimating how good usyk it. He absolutely elite as in one of the best p4p boxers technically in the world. Fury is brilliant, for a heavyweight his boxing ability is unreal but p4p not so much. Fury has the size advantage and not saying he doesn't win but to say he's a better boxer than usyk is not true, usyk would expose furys boxing ability.
Certainly not underestimating Usyk, guys frightening. I just think he'll need to show more than he has in his previous heavyweight outings to beat Fury who has ticked almost every box, movement, ability to adapt, heart. The Joshua result was always on the cards for me & is overblown.
It's not that I'm saying usyks crap, I just don't think he beats fury & you can't really pick holes in a fight that was won by ko like Cunningham regardless of what was happening, I wouldn't be surprised if usyk was ahead after 6, the last 6 would be a different story in my opinion though. Furys no Joshua & his size alone would make him favourite
