Usyk has not accomplished nearly as much as HW, it is not even remotely close.
However I think he did more/beat better competiton at CW, take his career from amateur onwards & he is better.
I would favor Usyk at CW but like at HW it would be close head to head.

HOWEVER since only Holyfield bulked up with the use of PEDs, that must be a mark against him.
Without PEDs I favor USYK head to head at HW.

I don't understand why People keep talking about who beat who as if it is the only thing that matters, styles make fights and this would be a close one. Both guys counterpunchers with good engines, although Usyk is more of a boxer and Holyfield a technical brawler. It would be a close fight, Holyfield would be applying pressure, Usyk would be on the backfoot luring Holyfield into his shots. Lots od even exchanges, similar to the Briedis fight, very close.

Some of you people need to get out and get a life.
    Leave you Mama's basement.
Fine, you're brave for coming out and declaring your luv for Usyk
but Holyfield, Lewis, Ali, Mike Tyson and a long list would beat him including Fury.

    Agree re: CW

At HW, we need to see how Usyk finishes up.

Maybe the PEDs wouldn't save the Holyfield who gave up four rounds apiece to two ancient grand-daddies from getting destroyed by Usyk,

Those ancient grand daddies were old All time Greats though. Not old Chisora

    Not without PEDs.

What you mean is, "Evan Fields" would have beaten Usyk.

He may be greater at HW, but Uysk would crush him at Cruiser

I tend to agree with this. Personally I think Usyk might have the edge due to his mobility and the fact that Holyfield didn't particularly like elusive fighters, but of course people could make an argument for Holy and rightly so.
