There is no way a Russian is going to beat Canelo. Bivol probably need to knock Canelo down 5 times to lose a SD
Everyone watched GGG get robbed blind twice, and he won by 4-5 points both fights. I can’t see Bivol winning by that margin if he does win it.
I wouldn't be so sure about that, Kovalev was up on one card, and the other was even, Bivol in all likelihood will win the rounds even wider than he did. So it shouldn't be ruled out. If Bivol can get into a rhythm early, cause Canelo to keep his hands at home and looking to land counter shots, and have him hitting air all night, a points win is definitely possible.
Oh I can definitely see that, I’m talking about the fight in US soil on cinco de mayo while Russia is waging war against Ukraine, the love child of US. Wouldn’t it be criminal to give it to Bivol and we know it’s hard to knock out Canelo.
I'm well aware of the risks. As far as the Russian thing, I'm not sure if it's quite as applicable to Bivol as it is to with most. At least he was born in Kyrgyzstan, which you know damn well they're going to be playing up. Also he said he's not a fan of the war in Ukraine and called for peace. So he may have negated some of that kind of backlash to a degree in the lead up.
Will be rooting for Bivol anyway.. he’s half Korean btw, hence his Asian looks. His mom is Korean and his father is Moldovan.
