I don't know what it is about Weisfeld and Moretti but their cards are almost always identical or close to it. This fight will be judged fairly. Tim Cheatham seemed to have given BJS more benefit than he deserved. My prediction is that Bivol plays it safe and Canelo cruises to an 8-4 or 7-5 type decision. If he goes for it he might suffer the same fate as Saunders. I will be rooting for Bivol though.

If the third judge in Canelo vs GGG 1 was Cheatham or Weisfeld instead of Byrd then GGG would have gotten the decision. These 3 are very reputable judges.

Remember even if Bivol were to win via shutout Clen's zero integrity boot lickers will still find a way to score it for their boy and they won't care one iota that Bivol, a thoroughly lovely chap, was robbed

Maybe, because that was a clear win for Golovkin that night, and hard to score against him unless you're Byrd. But neither judge ever scored a fight against him, and Weisfeld scored a couple too wide in his favor.

Anything remotely close will always go to Canelo and 2 yrs later people will treat it as a geniune win

Yes, because a split decision does not mean the fight was fairly close when one judge will have it 10-2 for Canelo. Which has happened in pretty much all razor thin close fights for Canelo. Trout, Mayweather, GGG, etc... there is always a judge that seems to have a complete lopsided victory for Canelo regardless of the actual events happening in the ring. This is where the corruption lays, one judge alone has the power to ruin a fight.

Moretti scored 2 fights against him, first when he fought Mayweather then the first time he fought GGG.

That happens in many fights, not just Canelo fights. For example, Charlo Castaño there was a judge who scored it 117-111 for Charlo.

I think too many people are emotionally invested in their scoring. I though GGG beat Canelo 1 but he also got a favorable decision against chenko. May have gotten a bit of favorable scoring against Danny Jacobs. I thought he barley won that fight but he could have easily lost that decision. I think Canelo wins close fights because he is flashy.

He was referring to Weisfeld and Cheatham. I don't see how anyone has problem with any of those 3. Byrd or CJ ross yes.

I don't have to act, I don't feign outrage like those who cry wolf and scream robbery at every close decision. My scoring is far more consistent with the pro judges than your scores are. You're the one who thinks all the judges are corrupt and you're the only one who knows how to score lol.

Well he was claiming these 3 judges are Canelo's biggest supporters. That's cleary not the case. These 3 judges are probably the toughest and least favorable judges historically for Canelo. Moretti had Lara ahead 58-56 after 6, had it even 95-95 after 10. He had Canelo winning 115-113 but only by Canelo winning the final 2 rounds.

Moretti and Weisfeld are good old school judges. It's only missing Jerry Roth.

An easy way to spot a corrupt judge. His scores differ from mine.
