Good decision. Molina won that in a nail-biter. Won the first 3 rounds, rounds 4 and 5 were close, round 6 Molina won outside of the knockdown which was ruled a KD but was more of a slip. A punch did land though prior to the slip as he was backpeddlinng along the ropes, so a 9-9 round make sense there. Good hard win for Molina, looks like a talented up and coming prospect out of the mean streets of Guadalajara.

Robbie Davies had poor cornerman work by Ingle in that fight if I remember correctly.

In split decisions do they always anounce the losing fighters scorecard first? Seems that way.

Wrong, Molina won rounds 1,2,3 + 6, losing a point for the "slip" KD in the 6th but still winning the round overall making it 9-9. Valdovinos arguably won rounds 4 and 5 though both were close. Even if you give both rounds 4 and 5 to Valdovinos, Molina still wins by a point. Judges had it right.

Molina clearly won the round 10-9, but he loses a point for the KD being scored.
