My prediction was Canelo would get taken to school if it wasn't a fix. Yes I though it was going to be a fix, and I was wrong.. So??? Do you want some brownie points or medals? Do you want one poster to go "hey shadow , I agree with you, you are right"

And having one real fight does not in anyway exclude Canelo for having engaged in fixed fights previously. My god, you really aren't smart are you?

If you think Bivol was a cherrypick you're an absolute imbecile. This was literally the hardest fight he could have possibly picked.

This is BS, Hearn knows these fighters and lives and breathes boxing. If you think he thought Dimitri Bivol was a cherry pick then YDKDAB

LOL I'm asking you what happened? Because early on it did look like a sparring session, for the first couple of rounds. Then it picked up, I told you Bivol would be cautious early then look for openings as the fight wore on. What I"m saying is that's part of boxing, fighting cautious you know.

By the way, did you see Bivol's Bicep? Bivol said he could barely move his arm after the fight. Canelo has some serious power.

Thats a bit unfair. Canelo clearly had a game plan to launch big shots to the arms and then break him down, like Smith. It was just the wrong game plan.

Promoters and fighters have an interest in making sure there is minimal risk maximum reward throughout their career. When you're the A side you can do that (not that it's right in anyway for something that's called a sport). You've got to be really naive to believe Canelo's team did not consider Bivol's last performances in choosing their next fight. You literally DKSAB

Thats pretty stupid, Bivol is always beast mode against shorter opponents, Smith, Pascal. Salamov and Richards are completely different bodies than Canelo

Smith Jr is the same height as Bivol, with a bigger frame, and 4 inches reach on him...

I mean, Canelo had his moments. He was brilliant in round 9. First 3 rounds were very close. Problem was he just got caught too much with shots in the 2nd half of the fight, and it was weird because Canelo is capable of avoiding the kinds of shots he was hit with. At times it looked like Canelo just didn't even try to block punches or avoid shots. His ropes work was hit and miss but at times got too complacent in there. And those are the shots that lost him the fight. He did make Bivol miss at times, but then sort of got lazy defensively. I would give it like a B- performance by Canelo. Not bad but not great either. A better version of Canelo is capable of beating Bivol, but he's got to dedicate himself. A less than stellar, B- Canelo is not good enough to beat Bivol.

What you need to understand is he was picked. Canelo and team picked him. Canelo didn't pick him because he wanted to lose but rather because he was sure that he would win because him and his team did their homework and studied him. Cherry picking doesn't always mean that the cherry is weak rather that the one picking is close to 100% that he will win.

You clearly don't understand what a cherry pick is lol. But then again there are people who claimed Canelo cherry picked Mayweather too lmao.

    I noticed that too.

He would throw his shots then admire his work. Difference tonight was bivol was happy to come after him once his combinations were done. Smith, BJS were happy to just survive the onslaught and didn't come back with anything.

Bad habits, complancey, tiredness and probably a bit demotivated that he knew he was in trouble.

You're overanalyzing Canelos "team" and their influence on who picks the fights. He had a choice of taking the PBC contract, which was more lucrative or the DAZN contract which was the OBVIOUS harder route. He took the harder one, if it was about cherry picking he'd have taken the PBC route.

"Eddie's happy for me but not too happy for me" lmao I'm loving Bivols English even more than Triple G's.
