Who beat Canelo more convincingly: Mayweather, Golovkin the first time around or Bivol?

    Mayweather then Bivol.

I had the Mayweather fight as a sweep and Canelo against Bivol I could maybe being generous give Canelo 2 rounds. However you can also argue Bivol swept the whole fight against Canelo and probably could have got the KO. I just felt Mayweather put on more of a clinic against a more agile and elusive opponent. Bivol had his way against an opponent against a tank, the head movement, the punches, the endurance, almost nothing was there.

However I would argue GGG beat the beat version of Canelo. Now that we have some retrospective knowledge of Canelo’s limits I would say Canelo is in his prime skill wise, but his fight at 160 was a better prime skill and weight balance. While I think both fights were close GGG should have got one of the decisions.

Clearly Mayweather for me. I don't think Bivol was all that amazing last night (albeit was a clear winner). Mayweather absolutely waltzed his way to victory and looked in a different stratosphere to Canelo - because he was. Whereas Bivol just looked like a better boxer who'd figured out and executed a very obvious but effective gameplan.

GGG 1 for me even though it was the closest of the three, as it was prime Canelo at his best weight

Maybe a RBR analysis of this is in order to figure out how close it was. Because it's clear we are worlds apart when it comes to margin of victory. But I'm glad Rumsfeld has posted a score of 116-112, he obviously saw a much closer fight than most seem to have seen.

Mayweather dominated the pace and controlled the action from start to finish in their fight.

Bivol did the same however Canelo was more sparky in a few rounds Vs Bivol and came alive more.

You're deranged.. You think anyones going to debate rounds with you after your attempt at scoring GGG Canelo fights? You don't even know what a clean landed punch is lmao
You keep appealing to this guy like he's all knowing. The guy literally says he doesn't know **** about boxing in almost every video of his.

Canelo's team need to shut shadow bot down.. He's making a fool of himself

Mayweather won more easily, the fight was not competitive. Bivol beat a better version of Canelo, tho. Not Canelo's ideal weight, but he's at his peak now whereas he was still green against Floyd.

Mayweather shut him out IMO. Bivol either shut him out as well, or somewhat gave away two rounds but dominated the rest.

Both of the GGG fights were close. Victory belonged to GGG both times, but he didn't come anywhere near shutting Canelo out either time.

Mayweather and Bivol each FAR outperformed GGG against him. Tbf styles kind of dictated that.

Dont forget that the Mayweather fight was at a catchweight and according to Floyd those type of fights dont count plus Canelo was green and hadnt discovered the power of intensified meat products yet.

Bivol fight wasnt at a catchweight and he faced a prime Canelo at his absolute peek and a juiced to the gills Canelo.

This isnt even close its Bivol by a country mile.

My view of the fight is in line with reality. A 115-113 Bivol win seemed right. In fact I even predicted Bivol would win, and it pretty much played out how I expected it to. But for some reason we have people acting like it was a Bivol shutout or near shutout.

So we have some silly boys continuing to have such trouble with reality, you know the narrow, close Bivol win.
