His arms are short bro, especially compared to me who is 6'2 with a 75 inch reach or Light Heavyweights in general. The fact that he has longer arms than usual for his height which is really about 5'7 is irrelevant, why do you keep bringing it up? Estrada has longer arms than usual for his height, if he gained 50 pounds to make Light Heavyweight, he still has short arms compared to a bigger man. You're right about the arm length though, I misread what you wrote because I'm tired of continuing this strawman argument with you.
Bivol doesn't walk boxers down, that's not his style, the man has 11 KO's. Your argument is flawed, that's like saying Mikey Garcia wasn't too small for Welterweight, he easily went 12 rounds with an animal like Errol Spence and didn't once go down or get hurt at any point.
It's not his style, but if Clenelo was the smaller man and didn't belong in the weight class, Bivol would have walked him down and beat him up. But Clenelo was just the shorter man, not the smaller man. He felt Clenelo's power, physical strength, and saw his speed. Mikey isn't too small for 147. He's just not skilled enough to be the man there (like Clenelo at 175). He's bigger than Pac on fight night.
It's not his style period, so that's why it didn't happen and Canelo has a granite chin anyway. He won 9 rounds to 3 at the bare minimum, he's the only man who has won a UD vs Canelo, that's how clear the win was. Mikey is obviously too small for 147, you honestly have to be trolling me at this point. Who weighs what on fight night is extremely irrelevant, that doesn't determine anything. Bernard Hopkins who started and ended his career at Light Heavyweight didn't go north of 170 pounds on fight night during his historic Middleweight reign. Maidana who started at 140 and never fought above welterweight regularly weighed in the 170's during fight night.
Bivol didn't walk Clenelo down because Clenelo was the bigger puncher and slightly quicker with his explosive punches. Physically, Clenelo was also stronger than Bivol as Bivol was repeatedly pushed back and pinned against the ropes. Clenelo may never be the man at 175, but he is not too small for 175. Hell, Clenelo himself has talked about fighting at cruiserweight and at 201 against Usyk. Deal with it.
I'm not really interested in your personal opinion, I'm interested in facts. Bivol doesn't walk people down, he's won 6 fights in a row before the Canelo fight by UD and only has 11 KO's. Canelo also said he wanted Usyk. When Trinidad was at the top before the Hopkins fight he wanted Roy Jones and Don King was close to signing it if he won the MW tournament. ****, when Vic Darchinyan was the unified Super Flyweight Champion he called out Jermain Taylor. A Boxers ego doesn't signify anything.
So embrace the facts: Clenelo was the bigger puncher; his shots rang out like shotgun blasts and Bivol was weary of his power Clenelo was pushing Bivol back and pinning him against the ropes throughout 12 rounds Clenelo, at minimum, was at least as physically strong as Bivol A man who is too small for a weight class would not be able to achieve these things. You think if Errol Spence fought Bivol at 175 that Bivol wouldn't walk him down, bully him, and be in kill mode? Because styles?
The canelo pole smokers (We know who they are) said Saul was the #1 LtHW after beating Kov. Lets not forget that
Sorry, man. You're just making excuses for Clenelo. Clenelo obviously isn't too small for 175. I've presented the facts multiple times. You must lose in real life quite often, which is most likely why you're struggling so badly here to accept facts.
Canelo is a LH, no doubt. He can fight at the weight.......just not very well. He fought a very stupid fight, and he had plenty of time to realize and adjust. Anyone can have an off night I suppose, but man, he just flat-out looked like sh!t.
