Can we say Canelo had the wrong gameplan, bivol had the right one!

Clearly Canelo was fighting his usual style, trying to land bombs. Then you have Dimitri bivol who's plan was to take it on the arm and not to the head. What if Canelo pitter pattered to a boxing lesson? Even bivol admitted Canelo had the wrong game plan, that he shouldn't be just wanting to seek and destroy because he Dimitri felt canelos power and had a superior plan to play defence. What if any, can Canelo make changes in the rematch or is it too late because bivol is the aside here. Or matter of fact who does Canelo go on to face?

Think about it, if Canelo had leverage the second time around: offer bivol more money, catchweight him, put on a hydration clause and then stymy him with a fawkin gameplan to out box him! And yes it is unfair but these are the advantages that Canelo needs!

Canelo had the right plan. Nevada paid the 3 judges generously, and the scorecards reflected this.

Unfortunately for a Canelo, he was too limited to land more than 10 punches a round to cause Bivol any issues.

The steroids, judges and commentators can’t help you win against a fighter you cannot knockout. I mean, maybe in the rematch he will have a 6-7 round head start…

Can we just say Bivol was the better man? If someone is better than you, your game plan can't always save you.

    Let's leave it at that.

The amazing thing is this. One round for Canelo and it is a draw, and if the fight is at 168 that favors Canelo getting that round, and the fact he can formulate a better plan. So in the way he is favored in rounds he maybe should not win, he will get a decision next time.

Bivol is not big 175 , even at 168 he could beat Canelo.

The degree of corruption surrounding Canelo fights is mind boggling.

So in your feeble mind Canelo could only afford to pay the judges for 5 rounds this time?

    No seas pendejo. LOL

No, ¿eres simple?

    Pinche mamon pendejo. LOL
