With Zhang picking up some steam and Wilder possibly nearing the end of his career, who do you reckon could take this?
Wilder would turn him into a giant starfish stretched out across the canvas And that would be in the first round
If Wilder managed his comeback properly he could be a big star in America for the first time in his career. I think he's already messed up because he should have penned in a big fight for the summer & come back with a bang Should have got Jarrel Miller to flatten in June NYC. Now it looks like he's gone out with a bang. Fury took his mojo and soul.
This guy has 25 pro fights and his highest caliber result is a draw with Jerry Forrest that he needed to tag in the ref and get a boost from the judges to obtain. I guess he's got one chance.
I like Zhang, he is a very good boxer and a real athlete, but Wilder would still win for several reasons, better stamina and physical preparation, although the first three rounds would be interesting and in those rounds Zhang could surprise Wilder...
A also feel like being a Southpaw is kinda bad against Wilder. Zhang has a limited gas tank and has been stopped/dropped by big punchers in the amateur ranks, a rear hand shootout against Wilder would probably be a bad idea for him.
Zhang outboxes Wilder on the front foot, beats him 119-106, dropping Wilder twice but having a point deduction for biting his neck
