And Pac is more skilled, just as fast (probably faster), much more powerful, and much more durable.

1 punch from Canelo would knock Pacquiao out, Jessie Vargas kept tagging him with the overhand. There's a reason Pacquiao never went up to 154 when there was a ton of weak champs there for a while

It's possible, but unlikely. You're not understanding that Pacquiao would be draining Clenelo mentally and physically w/ his movement and combos. He'd be completely gassed and taking shots along the way.

    Khan was lighting him up.

    Floyd was walking Clenelo down.

Pacquiao lays a beating on him.

Lol beating punch bag non loaded margarito is nothing like beating canelo

He would win early rounds and get smashed later

Manny doesn't have Floyd's reach, defense or ring iq to beat canelo

Yet Manny smoked Cotto, Hatton, and De La Hoya, and had Mosley running for dear life. Cotto took Floyd deep, Hatton gave him fits, and Oscar was highly competitive.

Khan was lighting Clenelo up like a Christmas tree before he got timed. Floyd walked him down. Mosley stood toe to toe w/ Clenelo, but ran for survival against Manny.

Clenelo would be dealing with an offensive force of which he has never seen.

I can't see it man and that's not hating

If canelo was a tad smaller then I would pick manny, but I honestly think he knocks him out at some stage after 6

It's easy doing this after a fighter takes a loss

I've always said this even before Saturday night.

Clenelo was badly drained at 152. This version stands no chance against Pac. 155 (Khan version is probably 60/40 in favor of Manny). 160 Manny gets killed.

I will say if it's manny during 09-10 you might have a point

The speed and angles would definitely cause problems

Manny would wind up losing a decision regardless because of judging. That scoring at the weekend was embarrassing and the judges should never work in boxing again

Weight classes exist for a reason and Pacquiao has never fought a man as big as Canelo. Margarito and Cotto were far bigger than Pacquiao and he did a number on them. But Canelo is considerably bigger than both of those guys.

But prime Pacquiao was the real deal. The way he ran through prime versions of MAB and Cotto was shocking. There isn't a fighter currently in boxing today that could deliver a performance like MAB I or Cotto. The closest we currently have is Uysk. Not saying Pacquiao is the greatest fighter ever, but prime Pacquiao was just a machine. Absolute tank of a fighter. So who knows. Would have to favor Canelo just because he's just so damn big compared to Pac, but you never know.

    Think about this...

Floyd was walking Clenelo down and punishing him and had zero fear of Clenelo.

Mosley stood toe to toe with Clenelo banging it out with him. Kann was lighting Clenelo up.

We've seen iron-chinned being very fearful of Manny's offense, so 152 Clenelo may very well go into survival mode.

There's no reason to believe that Manny wouldn't light Clenelo up like Khan did. He's more dynamic and hits a lot harder. The difference is Manny's shots would hurt Clenelo. Floyd could have stopped him.

And that was a badly faded Cotto. Pacquiao was a blown up Featherweight and ran through a prime Cotto. Dude came through a busted ear drum and by the mid rounds you have a HOF natural Welterweight walking backwards in a straight line being walked down by a blown up Featherweight. Mind boggling.
