I like canelo but this is ridiculous. It's not like he was robbed and took a loss, he lost clearly and for that has to be dropped down but not off the list. I have no problems with anyone who keeps him in their top 5 but anything more is a huge reach.

The fact Shadow thinks its a good one tells you all you need to know really

 

Can you please specify what it is on this list that makes you think it's a "solid" ranking because I'm still trying to wrap my head around how any boxing fan can look at this list with credibility. How can you possibly have Stevenson ahead of Usyk and also still keep Canelo at #1 after what happened last weekend? It's really not a solid ranking and the response to it tells you everything you need to know.

 

Shadow I suspect you have gone through the whole internet in order to provide one data point to support your knob gobbling of Canelo.
Yet you will ignore every other data point that proves the contrary.
As for the list itself.....garbage.

I've been watching boxing for a long time, I'm getting old lol.

I must say in all these years, I've never seen a boxer with the sheer amount of accusations against him as Canelo. I seriously cannot think of all of them, it's pretty incredible - anyone have a list of all of them LOL?

 

There is no way Canelo should be #1, Usyk gets my vote.

 

1. Paid his way out of a manslaughter case
2. Paid his way out of a criminal conviction for assaulting a 108lb fighter and breaking his jaw (ending his boxing career)
3. A history of corrupt//bias based scoring from the following fights - Mayweather. trout, Lara, Cotto, GGG X2, Bivol. Even against Saunders the scoring didn’t reflect what was happening in the ring.
4. Tested positive for use of clenbuterol (twice). Then used a flawed testing method to prove his innocence. A method that is so unreliable they could have run 10 test and all results would vary, providing at least one negative result.
