Not at all. ToT always exaggerated heights, the minimum is probably the correct one. Against Liles he looked shorter.

He’s my friend and I see just about every week. Believe me. He’s more than 6 1. I’m 6 3. And he’s very close to my height.

Cockyness would cost Nunn this fight. He would go on to an early lead looking like a million dollars but Mike wouldnt panic its nothing he hasnt seen before , by the mid rounds Nunn would start to think to himself that its easy work and would start taking more risks and getting more careless and with his speed advantage he would get away with it a couple of times but like the great Manny Steward once said you cant make the same mistake twice against McCallum and get away with it.

I see Nunn throwing a flashy combination up close then retreat in a straight line with his hands down and his chin up in the air and getting timed by McCallum and getting knocked out.

Going with Mike by KO in 10.

"Shot from the blue like James hadn't landed a ton of body punches to slow him down first. James was down on the cards but every round was close.

If we're talking about the Nunn that was already slipping and getting coked up after the Kalambay win then I can see McCallum grind out a win through workrate and due to Nunn's laziness. Nunn didn't look nearly as good as he was after Kalambay where he looked uninspiring and eventually got stopped by Toney.
However McCallum has shown that he struggles with quicker, slicker fighters as seen in his fights against Kalambay, Graham, and Toney. Stylistically Nunn would be highly problematic for McCallum, especially the one that beat up Tate.

That seems unlikely given the respect Nunn always had for McCallum and his friendship with him. Nunn would be completely on his game against McCallum.

Even his ko of Curry demonstrates McCallum having issues with a fighter gifted with Supreme speed.
Curry routinely beat McCallum to the punch until he was K'oed.
It's the main reason I don't believe McCallum beats Hearns , Benitez, Leonard, and especially Robinson.

This is a great match-up, has had me thinking for a couple days. As a big McCallum fan, I was leaning towards him at first but must say that Nunn had all the tools. Mike handled a motivated, slippery southpaw in Graham, albeit with some difficulty. He was getting home his right and was able to crank up the body work after a couple rounds. I don't see Nunn being quite as busy or awkward.

A close one but I am taking Mike by MD.

He was having trouble making 160 which is why he gassed v Toney.

No, McCallum out scored Curry on the inside but Curry out-scored Mike on the outside, the KO was inevitable.

And he literally told his trainer in the corner before that saying he'll get him with the left hand this round.

I never saw that as a huge problem for Mike. He was getting to Donald early. He was struggling but getting to him. Donald landed a right, but after that Donald couldn't have come up with anything hard enough to keep off Mike. Donald did not have a Tommy Hearns right, but he had good power.. But not that kind of power.

While I don't agree with your result, this is a very well thought out, educated opinion. Nice job.

I'll go against the grain and say McCallum. He just had more character.

Every round was not close and you fail to mention Nunn stunned Toney as well a couple of times.
And lets remember this wasn't Nunn at his absolute best so stop with the BS body punches slowed Nunn down. He landed body shots but not nearly enough.
Nunn beat HIMSELF in that fight.
