Which do you think is the deepest of the junior and super weight classes historically based on the number of quality fighters who campaigned there? Arguably a couple of divisions have a head start as they were inaugurated in the 1930s but that doesn’t automatically mean they are deeper than more recent weight classes. Try and give a reason for your choice as well.
I think it's 140, and I don't think it's close in the slightest. You've pretty much just given every elite between 135 & 147 (probably the two best divisions) a pitstop, and so naturally have a swathe of talent passing through. The guys who made their home there are unbelievable too, as you'd expect. It's a perfect case of guys being too big for 135 but too small for 147 having a place to call home, and with the talent that passes through, you end up with some really strong guys. Also, you have Jose Napoles.... 122 is my favourite, though. Crazy amount of wars happened there, and the list of incredibly entertaining fighters is mad.

I'm a fan of the Supermiddle s myself. It was the late 80 s early 90 s fights that sparked my interest. Loved the Benn, Eubank, Watson, Collins era. Add in Toney, Nunn, Barkley, Jones, Calzaghe etc.

No, just defined ‘junior’ or ‘super’ divisions, although you could consider Cruiserweight as ‘Junior Heavyweight’, but nobody calls it that. Didn’t include Strawweight either.
