Please clarify so I can answer.

Do you mean after SRL's last fight in 1997?

Or after his last win in 1989?

Yes, doesn't actually make my top 5 but deserves an honourable mention for sure!

Young Terror, I agree with you 100% on the fighters. My ranking would be Jones, Whitaker, Mayweather, Chavez, Pacquiao.

Lomachenko is my favorite active fighter but I’ll assess him fully once his career is over. I feel he has a chance to one the five best since SRL. Honorable mentions are Felix Trinidad and Bernard Hopkins.

I respect in that list Manny, Whitaker and Chavez the most. Jones and Floyd to me handpicked, and even though I respect thier talent, they used boxing to get wins, but did not fight everyone like a Hagler or Hearns would have, and that matters to me in an ATG rating.

It makes a difference doesn't it? They wanted to slip into that level without the same commitment, and I cannot give them what I give the others. Confidence is a variable which proves something. If they didn't have it in themselves 100 percent, then why should anyone else.

For the majority of pbfs career arum told him who to fight. That's ridiculous pbfs resume is excellent you can't fight everyone.

Also pac ducked a prime pbf because of testing.
