    Melendez is really unorthodox, just when you think you got his timing down he switches things up

    Luis pressing forward, starting to unload on him, landing wherever he can. Ramirez plants his feet, eats a few nasty left hooks. On the inside Luis is starting to rip him to pieces. Luis defending very well. Ramirez lunging in, lands a few combos. Luis backs him off with a lead right.

    Luis jabbing, lunging in with lead right, then pivoting and landing left hooks. Low blow from Luis. Ref warns him. Ramirez throwing a lot, but landing little, meanwhile Luis is starting to land crisp left hooks to the body. Nasty right from Luis shakes him. Luis standing right in the pocket, looking at and slipping almost everything he throws. He rocks him again with a right, late.

    Ramirez needs to push the pace more and force the exchanges. His workrate and tenacity have been his main qualities and he is still allowing Melendez to pick his spots and counter him from range

    Ramirez starting to plod forward, looks drunk, fighting like an idiot. Luis just laying back and tagging him with counters. Ramirez finally managed to land a few flurries. Pinning him on the ropes, still missing a lot though, Luis taking a breather and landing nasty counters, one a vicious jab.
