to my knowledge rehydration clauses are signed agreements that are not made public, thats what Canelo fans told me trying to say mayweather had canelo on a rehydration clause but I know mayweather didnt have a rehydration clause because canelo rehydrated to 165 which makes no sense for someone on a rehydration clause to allow someone to rehydrate 15 pounds obviously they were not around for the build up of this fight and watched on youtube recently as it showed mayweather weighed 150 on fight not and canelo weighed 165 plus i saw canelo said he was asked and decline a rehydration clause So Im asking you to be just as intelligent what fight have you seen were a guy has rehydrated to the weight limit ? I didnt think the catchweight for canelo was bad because it was 152 and the fight right before that canelo weighed 153. before that year canelo fought a 151(hatton) before that he was at 147. So at the time canelo was really only a handful of fights at 154. plus mayweather only weighed 150 he actually lost a half a pound before the fight.
