That will mean Yarde will have been out of the ring for over 10 months. Terribly managed.

    I disagree.

Its action packed and I wanna see it.
    Obviously Bivol-Beterbiev superseeds everything.

Why does Yarde get a chance to jump back into a title shot? And a unified one at that?

He got knocked out in his chance, lost to someone else............has he beaten anyone in the top 10? How does he leap frog back over them?

Yarde shouldn't even be sniffing a shot at the titles. He has done nothing to deserve that opportunity.

Beter brutally knocking out Yarde will be worth it.

The insane push behind Yarde is suspicious to say the least.

Huge endorsements from Adidas, star treatment, and...a loss to a shot Kovalev and Lyndon Arthur.

Frank Warren is very close to the WBO. Always has been.

Yarde has to go all out, empty the tank, and shouldn't spar before the fight.
Legit strategy to come out victorious!

He needs a decent tune up.

    Lol.
    Not confirmed.
    Not even mandated.
There's zero chance that Beterbiev/Smith will be ready on that date.

So far the only thing we've got is Warren's rumblings about the fight. Not worth a topic atm.

I can see why Smith or Beterbiev would like the Yarde fight.

He is a power puncher who doesn’t have the power at the highest level to get stoppages, and he isn’t active enough or skilled enough to win rounds whilst looking to land.

So you are at least guaranteed a points victory over him even if you have an off night.

Warren isn't doing his fighters any favours in the long run with this kind of match making. Can crushing and then throwing them straight into big fights without stepping up before is a bad idea. This time there's also the long hiatus.

In his last fight it looked like Yarde and his handlers have finally realized that he needs to be a swarmer instead of trying to be a slickster who tries to snipe his opponent from the outside, but I don't know if he can do that at the highest level. Also good luck trying to use that style against Beterbiev...
