I want Inoue to win by KO, but I think Donaire is going to put in a performance for the ages and ice.Inoue with a gruesome left hook.

I've got Inoue by decision. You watch Donaire's last two fights and he was gigantic compared to Oubaali and Gaballo. He is bigger than Monster also but Inoue has weapons to keep him at bay.

I'm rooting for Donaire but I have Inoue taking a decision.

Some would say Donaire's left hook rivals that of Tony "The Hook" Perez/aka El Goncho. Jimmy Carter once tried to make Perez the official pole of the United States of the Americas. But that was a long time ago and few know how to compare intergenerationally the hooks of one and the hooks of another.

"We don't need no stinking hooks, ese." some would say around El Goncho but they all got hooked regardless.

A lot of that was actually the inspiration for the classic film Hook (1991) starring Robin Thicc and Dustin Diamond.

When I was in the navel academy, we were trained to transport largely citrus fruits, and mostly those oranges with the goofy thing on the top or bottom of them. I hate those things. But that's what I signed up for. It got me out of the house when things weren't good there and mama was drunk a lot and daddy was still trying to convince the government he had scurvy. But we were surprised one day by a demonstration with Robin, Dustin and Goncho together. They used the oranges and burst them wide open. It was crazy. I'll never forget that. It was the best day.

I really miss those guys. But at least we have Donaire. And that's enough for me.

I mean, I don't know if it's enough really. It's getting me by, as long as Donaire is active in sports. But, you know, I mean, like, he could retire any day now and then I won't even have that. Then what do I have left? Old VHS tapes and websites that keep making a mess of my system? Nah, homes. Nah. It's not really enough for me but there's enough and there's enough for today, you know?

It reminds me a lot of a lucuma tree we had as a boy. It bore us fruit and that fruit was not enough to be well fed and it was not enough to sell to buy us what we needed so that it was not enough, you see, in so much as the meaning of the word can mean at its fullest interpretation. But it was enough as in it got us by when it got us through, you know? One day, a coati came and at a lot of the fruits of the lucuma tree and then on that day it was not enough. On that day, I felt I would never have enough. Of anything. Ever.

I don't know as that any of you have ever seen the azz-end of a lucuma but if you ever have then you know it is not worth putting that accent mark thingy over the 'u' of the word, you know? Otherwise, I would. I hope Donaire puts up another good fight but that Inoue retains his status. I hope.
