    Donald Curry against Honeyghan, but I always thought that Lloyd had more to do with that than we give him credit for. He was always motivated and strong and had high energy, and one of the best trainers in Mickey Duff. And a fight which I think happened one day before believe it or not. Livingstone Bramble against Edwin Rosario. Rosario almost outclassed Bramble, but the style was just bad for Bramble.. Who could take Rosario's punch if you stand in front of him and don't move. Rosario punched around Livingstone's high guard.

    Max Baer v Joe Louis…that didn’t seem like the real Max Baer. I suppose fighting with a broken hand could do that. I don’t think he wins anyway but it should have been a better fight

    Muhammad Ali v Jimmy Young. Even though Muhammad was signifigantly passed even his 70s best he was still capable of a better performance than in this fight with Jimmy.

    I don't think the last two are really relevant to the thread, as Chavez and Leonard were both past their prime not trying to be nit picking. But i think @Fergy is looking for off nights or bad performances from fighters that were still at there peak.
