Why was Floyd afraid of big challenges, such as a Prime Pac, Margo etc. He always chose when the time was right to fight, even went into 'retirement' to avoid a Golden Boy rematch
Floyd fought and beat a titleholder when he was just 21, and in only his 18th pro fight. I'd call that a challenge.
If he fought Pac in 2013 instead of Canelo, I guarantee you there would be a thread saying that Floyd was ducking the young hungry lion Canelo. Then Floyd schools him and Canelo gets called green. If Floyd beat a young Crawford or Spence, they would say the same ****
To protect his zero and market himself as the guy you want see lose post Oscar. His style is borong for casuals so he had to do that to be the ppv draw and make so much money.
Logan Paul is probably the best opponent on his record. Which is a joke tbh. But i mean it's Fluid....151 wins but 148 bums.
Spliced edited video created by a pbf hater means nothing you dumb alt troll. Nonsense like this is what pbf haters like you are reduced to it's pathetic. Pbf schooled 3 guys that beat that bum margo. Pbf doesn't lose a round to that cheating glove loading bum. Beating margo doesn't prove his greatness, he's great with or without that cheat. He's schooled much better fighters than him
Absolutely ridiculous. Floyd beat Cotto. He told Margarito he would fight but Margarito the cheat ****ed up by getting destroyed by Shane Mosley so Floyd had to take care of Mosley instead. In fact 3 of Floyd’s victims in Mosley, Pacquiao and Cotto annihilated Margacheato Margarito.
Well I think the premise of the thread as false. I think he did take risks earlier in his career. I think it's only when he retired and came back that he became more tactical and less risk taking. This was mainly for marketing for casuals of protecting that 0. Floyd's career was of two halves so either extreme of for and against are inaccurate. it was somewhere in between.
What am I missing here? Margarito just would have been another fight where his opponent was virtually unable to land clean and you same guys would be crying about how he ran from him. One thing I'll always give Floyd is he's the 1st athlete I can recall that had a huge legion of negative fans(haters) that supported him financially just as much as his true fans did.
Floyd beats prime Pacquiao. No version of Pacquiao beats Floyd. A fighter who can't cut off the ring will NEVER have a chance of beating Floyd.
Prime Pac, margarito, williams, oscar 2, sergio martinez all would have been great fights for him that could have troubled him.
