I'd take Arslanbek Makhmudov vs.any of the fighters in the original post. Makhmudov should be getting bigger fights. Zhang Zhilei vs Filip Hrgovic, too. I think that a healthy Zhang is - for at least 3-4 rounds - still an extremely dangerous heavyweight against practically anybody.
Wilder vs AJ/Whyte Fury vs Usyk/AJ A lot of steps backwards for the young guys of late, makes it a little hard to have a dream match-up. I like the matchmaking in Ortiz vs Ruiz and Chisora vs Pulev. Real uncertainty in who will win, interesting style matchups, and careers are at stake. The lack of fights like this is how the division got so top-heavy. The winners are going to get a last gasp of relevance and the losers go home (unless it's Chisora I don't even know if he has a home).
Of course I respect you and your opinions, I must use that as a *foreword. But Pulev will destroy Chisora, he won the first fight 118-110, and the gap seems to have heightened.
My theory was that Chisora has been delivering surprising performances against good opposition while Pulev has been fighting in novelty shows, but I forgot he beat Jerry Forrest. I still think the first fight is ancient enough history that this is a fresh contest and anything could happen.

Fury should demand AJ and mean it. None of this retiring business. Then when he's done smacking him about, take on Usyk. After that he can retire in peace.
Warren & Fury are threatening Fury's retirement to get a sense of what their leverage is for a purse split. Like it or not (and I'm sure Krassyuk and Hearn do not) - Fury is the A-side regardless of how many more belts his opponent holds. Fury's retirement talk is to be interepreted as "make me & Frank a big offer or you are welcome to try to make as much money withou me in the picture".
Probably, but I kind of like your original suggestion, too. They can use that kiddiepool-sized ring from the Bryan v. DuBois fight to make it even more interesting!
