Trevor Cosmo Bryan Jr vs. Daniel Dubois RBR.

I am unclear on why Don King bothered to outbid Frank Warren for the rights to this fight. Daniel Dubois entered this fight as a heavy favourite over Trevor Bryan, per bet365.com anywhere from 1/80 to 1/100 immediately prefight, and the way the fight played out, those odds were well founded. Dubois indicated postfight he wanted to go back to the UK to fight Dillian Whyte, and then all the usual big names. If he can do that, he is lucky indeed, because as recently as a year ago, Don King would have held options on him, meaning Dubois would be relegated to fighting once every 1-2 years against a Don King circlejerk of Mahmoud Charr, Bermaine Stiverne, and Trevor Bryan. I'm still unconvinced about Dubois, and I don't think he deserved even a shot at a paper title just yet.

 

Agree. And Crolla was rocking the Shakespeare look too...

 

Well once a paper title serves its purpose....it goes away.

To be replaced by another paper title at an appropriate time.

If a snactioning body needs to conjure up a title...then it does...even if it's just to repay a favor to a promoter.

 

Yeah I always liked Price seems like a likeable fella.

 

Buffet Bryan can go back to being a full-time slob at least.

 

Seems to have escaped with his faculties intact, too. Which I am happy to see.
