I think we've seen the best of Canelo.

To be the best you have to Eat, Drink, and Sleep boxing.

Canelo is now a celebrity and family man first.

    Boxing isn't his lifeline anymore.

I predicted Canelo would lose this year (it's somewhere in the 2022 prediction thread) based on what you posted but mainly based on his busy boxing schedule. Moving up to fight Bivol didn't help matters.

He's getting too comfy in them silk pajamas. Will soon cover his "No Boxing No Life" tattoo with "No Golfing, No Life

Hopefully Canelo now see's that losing isn't the end of the world and now demands who ever his judges are in the future to start judging fairly because his reputation has taken a big hit.Better late than never. Yeah like that's really gonna happen.

    More fool him, if true.

I have trouble believing he could overlook even a twilight Golovkin, though — lack of professionalism has never appeared to be his flaw, and this fight (the closing of a fierce rivalry) should matter a great deal to him.

Perhaps he wants to give the impression that his mind is elsewhere.

You live in a bubble of online Canelo haters. His reputation is fine, his judges have been fine. Canelo has never been afraid of losing, as evidenced by him continuously chasing the biggest fights. He’s no Floyd Mayweather with the protecting and fear of losing a 0, and it’s obvious that name fighters like Floyd and Canelo are going to get favorable scorecards. For some reason no one has a problem with debatable Floyd wins but then we act like debatable Canelo wins are a clear sign of corruption.

He definitely looks like he fell into the trap of believing his hype. He was losing rounds to both BJS & Plant, with his power and skill getting it done. Didn't work with Bivol.

Has no one seen the Rocky Movies? I expect a super intense training montage soon.

Why should he be afraid? He has a 8 round cushion going into every fight. He lost anywhere from 12 - 0 to 10 - 2 vs Bivol, and only lost 115 -113 on the cards. The corruption is bad now days, it happens all the time with Canelo who should go to the boxing corruption hall of fame and trailing right behind him is the Charlo brothers. Berlanga too. They should come out with the corrupt boxing pound for pound list. Canelo, unlike the regular PFP list, will rule the corruption PFP list until he retires. Believe me, if you fallow boxing, you know there is corruption around Canelo. It's ruining boxing.

The only Canelo scorecard I disagree with is the first GGG fight. I had it 115-113 for Bivol in my most recent viewing of it.

GGG is past it as well and his power is not going to be enough to ko Canelo. Should be an even third fight

You had it 115-113 for Bivol and agree with 114-114 vs Mayweather, 117-111 vs Lara, and 119-109 vs Cotto?

No I meant in general and the final winner. I had Floyd around 8-4, Canelo over Lara 7-5, Canelo over Cotto 8-4.

If I was Canelo and had $200 Mil + In the bank and access to the finest Mexican Pure I wouldn't be training either. Especially when he knows 168 GGG is knocking him out this time and Is going to throw the Mexican wall at Clen.
