Yeah, I don’t think many boxers do roadwork these days do they? Unless they are very young and trying to get some base fitness, or they struggle with self-control - eating too much food. Running has nothing to do with boxing obviously. Maybe some sprints on a track for some conditioning on non-boxing days, but going for long runs (that’s what we mean by roadwork right?) is in the bin with drinking eggs and having no sex and all that silly stuff trainers used to say right?
