Who do you think is the dumbest popular boxer in the fight game today? It was a tough call so I have two that I will nominate. Munguia and Berlanga I am sure there are others out there but those are the two that have caught my attention. Who would you rate as the dumbest boxer in the game? And I'm not talking about their boxing skills. I'm talking about their intelligence OUTSIDE the ring.
Most boxers are pretty dumb We'll start with the basic standard of being able to read and write. Plenty of 3rd world boxers or poorly educated Americans who drop out of high school in that category. Broner always comes across like he hasn't developed past what you'd expect for a 12/13 year old. Even with drops out which many boxers are at that age they still tend to develop emotionally and mature with age...not so much here.
Yep, Pac is my favorite fighter ever. And dumber than a doorknob. I also like Joe Smith Jr. another guy who sounds dumb as hell. Gervonta Davis might be one of the dumbest human beings alive. List goes on and on. Boxing is not a place you find a lot of scholars.

Gervontae 'the Mising Link' Davis is sure the last living neanderthal. I have no idea how he does regular thing we all do. I would love to be a fly on the wall in Davis' cave. Does he eat raw meat?
If boxers were smart they would be doing something else instead of getting punched in the head for a living not that i care mind you i still love to see them fight and respect the hell out of most of them.

Berlanga is the first guy that comes to mind. Just doesn't seem like he's got much going on upstairs. That said, even though he was overhyped by Top Rank, he's still making good money and competing in a brutal sport, so fair play to him and respect for that (minus the biting).
