Pacquiao would have NEVER beaten Floyd.

Taken out of context as usual he was saying that time was running out and they needed to make the fight.

Roach clearly said it was their fault the fight didn't happen during the first negotiations when both were prime because they were against testing. They pulled out of talks and ran off to fight clottey a fight no one even wanted. When both were prime it was pac who decline not pbf those are facts and can't be refuted.:deal:

Floyd handled Pac pretty easily in their fight, but wow what I wouldn't give to have seen them go at it in their primes! The failure for this fight to be made when it really mattered, is one of the major reasons why I'm a miserable old fight fan who pines away for the good old days. :boxing1

No he did not he was outclassed. To much skills, to much slickness, to much man and all round better. Floyd’s jab and the right hand we’re connecting all night long. He injured his shoulder because he was throwing and missing all night long.

Yeah but that was when Pac was still "ordinary". That was before Pac became "extraordinary".

"Ordinary" Pac was no match for Floyd. But "Extraordinary" Pac, that's another story. "Extraordinary" Pac instilled fear in Floyd. After the dramatic body transformation of Pac, Floyd wanted no part of "that" Pac.

We will never be 100% sure of the outcome of or of the fights between them around 2009-2012. That said, Pacquiao managed to win about 4 rounds in 2015, we can think he would have done better a few years before.

Certainly Mayweather is 22 months older but he was less marked by boxing.

It's like Rigondeaux vs Donaire in 2013. Rigo had clearly won but if there had been a rematch five years later, Donaire would have been favourites

"Everything in life is about timing. I have a smart team. We waited until the time is right."

"I earned the right to pick and choose."

Absolutely insanity how Floyd can outright say these things and his nut-danglers still won't accept it.

In boxing yes, a few years in your thirties can change everything.

Regardless of who's greater, Floyd has the style to beat Pacquaio, whether you like it or not

That makes no sense pbf saw pac get koed 2x draw with sanchez lose to a faded erik Morales and lose to Bradley all this was before the jmm ko what does that have to do with anything?

Pac was a flawed and limited fighter who's a sucker for counter punchers and can't get out of the way of right hands to save his life, pbf knew he could beat him because he was better than everyone else who beat him. More importantly pbf knew that he had the ability to control range and dictate distance on pac which he has no answes for and is the real reason why pac can't beat pbf. Pbf always knew this and people who know boxing like me knew it as well. Pacs performances against a shot oscar a coked up hatton and a checked out cotto who had just lost his father meant nothing. Wishful thinkers and casuals actually thought combo punching a high workrate and coming in with angles against plodders, guys who stood in front of him and low ring iq boxers meant something. Nah that was never going to work against a complete high ring iq boxer like pbf who had better reflexes better footwork and footspeed than pac. I tried telling people this for years but they wouldn't listen to sound logic and that was pbf was a stylistic nightmare for pac and beats aby version of him. That's why Roach said he needed more time to come up with a game plan for pbf. Roach knew the deal and knew pbf was the truth. This fight was never 50/50.

Pbf wanted testing because he knew pac was on something. Pac's team wasn't sure they could pass a random blood testing that's why they were against it and why they pulled out. They knew they could do this because the fans adored pac and hated pbf and the media would let pac get away with this obvious duck. If it was the other way around and it was pbf who refused testing he would've been called a cheat and a ducker but since it was pac and he was more well liked they gave him a complete pass for this obvious duck and that's why we still have people like you and others who still continue this myth of what happened back then and can still get away with it.

MAB is considered one of the best 126 pounders in boxing history. And he was 29 and was sandwiched between Hamed, Morales and Morales victories.

    Lol.

I think this is likely true - but we will never know. All we will know is that when they did fight, Mayweather won.

If mab is your best win
Mab is a great fighter but he lost to junior Jones a guy he had no business losing to. He was also better at 122 than he was at 126 and 130.

All his best wins were at 126. MAB doesnt even make the HOF with his 122 pound resume. At 126 he became not just HOF, but p4p ATG.

Barrera lost to Junior Jones 7 years earlier. Lol.

I thought Morales won the second fight at 126 and mab won the first fight at 122. That's why I say that.
