I'm not gonna play this game, look it up yourself if you're so desperate.
There really was no need to ruin this thread just because I mentioned Harry Greb's name with SRR. I think it is you who is being a parrot.

Are you serious?? Is that how you think, if you believe on e old expert, you have to believe them all?? That makes no sense and further strengthens my position that you are simply one to never take serious. You troll. That's it.

You believe no expert is why you will never learn. You don't have the humility to learn.

I feel like its possible only if the governing bodies allow it to be. Fighters have to fight the best to be the best. I don't think there has been an opportunity in the last 20 years for a fighter to frivolously demolish fighters like SRR did. You just cannot get sanctioned to fight as often as you once could. and it detrimentally affects a fighters ability to build a legacy.

Thank you for this name, I will look into this fighter, I've never heard of him! Anything more you could tell me about Azumah Nelson?

I'll save you a sec, Olu pretends to be the nephew of Azumah Nelson and tries to refer to the Maywethers as 'family'.

It's easy to understand, it's just moronic nonsense. You're saying we don't have the information to come to a conclusion, then coming to a firm conclusion based on it.

You can watch Mike Gibbons, Tommy Gibbons, Mickey Walker, Kid Norfolk Gene Tunney etc., and read about Greb's results against them.

You can watch Benny Leonard and see him calling Harry Greb the greatest of all time in 1939

It's hard, because I absolutely feel the title of GOAT is tied like 3 ways between Robinson, Greb, and Gans or Langford or Armstrong (take your pick between the latter three). But the only reason I must rate Robinson higher is because we have film. But I think the fact Greb is brought up in these discussions is a testament that people do know he was one of the greatest to lace up gloves.

Ignorant. Just ignorant. Literature exists for a reason. More of boxing history has been written down than filmed. Dude quit schizo posting about how credible your eyes are and foolishness like that. You're just wrong and defended an argument with poor logic. Quit attacking people on the forum just for speaking Greb's name. Dear god. It just blows my mind, the bias you have against every written account we have on fighters as according to you it is all insufficient compared to film. Not even comparable.

He's a clear yes for me right now.

But given the recent trend towards undisputed, combined with young fighters being heavily hyped and moved quickly, we could well see someone do it.

I mean people say the opponents aren't there, that's nonsense. Had Pacquiao done his exact career, but undefeated he'd easily be the Goat now. So the opportunity is there.

Had Jones Jr had his exact career but undefeated, we'd be calling him the goat as well.

    Two very weak arguments.

Firstly we can all see his resume and the men he beat and the frequency with which he besmat HOF fighters.

Secondly if someone didn't watch Haney vs Kambosos, and plenty of people didn't, that doesn't mean Haney isn't the undisputed champion. Your eyes are useful but not the only info source.
