He got shots at vacant titles at every opportunity. I think someone like Luke Campbell had it much harder than bellew
Bellew: - turned down the chance to fight in the WBSS to fight old man Haye - paid his mandatory (Briedis) step aside money and a slot on his undercard in order to fight a voluntary in BJ Flores then vacated the belt straight after.
I don’t get why he pushes the underdog narrative its embarrassing. x2 aba heavyweight champ who boxed for england, snapped up on a sweetheart deal by the biggest promoter in the country (at the time) and was televised and publicised from day one if anything he just fulfilled his potential.
Because he went through a period of stinking the place out in his big fights - the underdog is more about his reputation than his ability. He ended up having to become a gung-ho puncher to make his money only to try boxing again with Usyk and coming completely undone.
If Bellew just admitted he got very lucky and made the most of it, then I wouldn't hate him. Instead he makes out he's the baddest man on the planet, has enormous punching, thee best hook since time began, and is a warrior. He's got to go. Got to get to ****.
He's doing well at being left alone....... Hope he made it home safe from the documentary back to his wife and kids He carries poweh Etc etc random pisstake bellew quote This'll be cringe inducing....Against all odds...**** off..another Eddie hearn smoke n mirrors job..world champion my ass .. Id have fancied Ant Middleton to stop him on celeb sas ffs...or at least ud him I'd rather wank into my own eyes than watch this
Wait until the Shannon Courtenay one in a few years, if you think this is bad that will be unbearable.
This content is protected Bellew genuinely believes he beat a prime Haye. Then starts with the fake emotional crap. His wife is a state.
ITV probably held Bellew at gunpoint and forced him to make this documentary. I can't see any other reason for him agreeing to do it. Why can't people seem to understand that Bellew just wants to be left alone and remain out of the limelight?
