Definitely Tyson vs Foreman. I know this is hotly contested, but I think Foreman might possibly taste the canvas before nailing Mike into the ground.

You'd want some combination of low durability, high punching power, and immobility. Weak-chinned, hyper-aggressive fighters who could punch. Preferably with good stamina, to ensure that if one of them miraculously can't spark the other early, they'll get him eventually.

As far as heavyweight champs go...

I'd be tempted to suggest early Floyd Patterson versus himself, but the Pattersons would probably end up feeling too much empathy for each other, and be unable to finish each other off. Plus Patterson wasn't immobile so much as just come-forward.

Early Wlad vs early Wlad might do it...

Or go the mismatch route. As far as actual title challengers go, Ketchel vs Tyson would do it. Or Lennox.

I'll do some for each weightclass and try and pick exciting fights aswell.

Heavyweight: David Tua vs Mike Tyson
Cruiserweight: Carl Thompson vs Enzo Maccarinelli
Light Heavyweight: Marvin Johnson vs Michael Moorer
Super Middleweight: Carl Froch vs Nigel Benn
Middleweight: Julian Jackson vs John Mugabi
Jr Middleweight: Terry Norris vs Fernando Vargas
Welterweight: Thomas Hearns vs Felix Trinidad
Jr Welterweight: Randall Bailey vs Roger Mayweather
Lightweight: Edwin Rosario vs Andy Ganigan
Super Featherweight: Bobby Chacon vs Arturo Gatti
Featherweight: Manny Pacquiao vs Naseem Hamed
Super Bantamweight: Junior Jones vs Jaime Garza
Bantamweight: Carlos Zarate vs Ruben Olivares

I don't really want to go too much lower than that, as i can't really think of any other definitive good match ups that i would say wouldn't go the distance.
