It’s called baiting your opponent for a quick counter. Roy Jones built his career off it. He clowns to get a knockout, you didn’t like the knockout?

Walk it Back Ward trying to act like he was always super impressed by Ramirez, trying to avoid another "Josh Taylor can't body punch" moment.

Robeisy finished the fight in a round he was otherwise allowing to pass him by while looking for the one shot, though he'd established control going into the 5th.

That attitude he brings into the ring will betray him at some point against stronger competition.

That was a heavy straight right hand. One thing about Ramirez that is different from other Cubans is his use of the high guard. As an amateur he really used his footwork and boxing ability but lately he has been setting his feet behind that high guard and banging. Good ****.

Man, a big thump when his head hit the canvas. The second punch from the canvas always hurts more.

I'm not talking about how he got the knockout. I did like the KO it was a well setup shot.

In the early rounds he said that Ramirez’s new style was dangerous and he shouldn’t forget his old style, then later he was talking about how great his new style is. Nobody should take commentators seriously, boxers or not.

Yeah, this is some Pacquiao vs. Moralez **** for me. I'll try to take comfort in the fact that somebody I like will win.

    ...:(

He got the knockout by clowning, that was my point. You don’t get one without the other.

Part gut, part logic. Beterbev's injuries have taken a toll, his power isn't quite as devastating as it used to be, he's taking longer and longer to get glass jawed opponents like Browne and Deines out of there. So I think that'll give Joe a chance to hang around for awhile. Also since Beterbiev was ultra cautious and took his time against the last puncher he was in with, in Gvozdyk. I think that'll give Joe several chances to land bombs of his own, and we know Artur can be hurt. He's also very susceptible to the left hook to the temple, which is one of Smith's money punches. Nikitayev and Callum Johnson hurt him badly with it. Joe is rangier, far longer and heavier handed than both.
