Nothing is impossible. But we’d have to see how he’d fair against full fledged heavies who were between 205-225. Artur Beterbiev is a 37 year old light heavyweight who has never fought outside his own division and has only appeared in a pro ring maybe 18-19 times at that. And while he’s beaten some of the current better light heavies I wouldn’t call any of them terrific. Right now it’s a stretch to say that he’d beat someone like Tim Witherspoon or Gerry Cooney
