What's shocking is that Golovkin, a guy from a country most Americans don't know exists, and Canelo, a Mexican, are even in the PPV conversation against two top American fighters, let along have outperformed them generally speaking. Not only that, Golovkin no longer even bothers speaking English, and Canelo never did, making them even more difficult to promote in the US. Golovkin is literally the worst fighter you could ever hope to promote from a nationality point of view in the US. He doesn't belong to any 'demographic market', his official country has only a tiny number of immigrants in the US and there is a general Soviet hostility all through Murica. Still, he's a more 'lucrative brand' than Spence or Crawford. Spence and Crawford should have been WILDLY outperforming non-Muricans Golovkin and Canelo for years, but have failed to.

A AJ does bigger numbers than Fury hence the jealousy despite Fury’s success. You notice AJ hardly mentions Fury but Fury mentions AJ almost every day.
