Prime RJJ had a very intelligent defense that matched well with his athleticism and reflexes. He couldn't keep it all together after he melted back down to 175. Body couldn't keep up with mind and that was the end.

He was a true ATG for sure. I favor him to beat Beterbiev. He was incredible. I make Beterbiev a live dog.

RJJ is the fastest fighter p4p that I've ever seen (I've seen faster guys in the lower weights) and Beterbiev is the strongest fighter p4p I've ever seen (obviously some HW's are stronger). Either RJJ is going to be too fast or Beterbiev is going to be too strong.

Roy didn’t have the same footwork at light heavy, he’d get caught and stopped almost certainly. If you had the middle/super middle version who could keep his distance for 12 then he would be a chance

It is crazy how people act like the fragile, shot version of Roy is the same guy who was P4P King. But I guess it is his fault for going on too long.

Prime Roy beats him but he will be pot shotting all night and running. It will be a stinker.

The Roy that boiled down to 175lbs after the Ruiz fight gets very badly hurt and I mean HURT.

This would be highly subjective, especially as they have no mutual opponents. Your argument was "Jones and Haye are more fast twitch than Usyk, therefore both have (much?) better footspeed" but this is a horribly flawed argument. My argument is that for a fighter as light punching as Usyk to be successful at the elite level he has to be very fast (as well as skilled, agile, fit) to compensate, unlike a Gassiev who had success based on possessing great power but was far too slow of foot for Usyk. Radchenko, who sparred an array of top cruisers in a much stronger cruiser era than Holyfield's, claimed that Usyk was the fastest of all of them and Ruiz confirmed that Haye was faster on his feet than Jones. Usyk is also longer than Jones, a southpaw and more skilled (as we saw when Jones' athleticism waned) thus harder to hit than Jones. Beterbiev was able to stay on Usyk (who would go on to beat AJ away) and land plenty when Usyk was in his speed prime, hence he would not have a problem closing the gap on Jones (who would go on to beat J. Ruiz at home).

So you mean to tell me you took the time to type all of that, rather than provide the proof I'm asking of you? If he's a fast as you say, you'd easily be able to provide a fight that illustrates your opinion.

There's no point in playing that game. If Usyk is much faster than his opponent you'll just say the opponent is very slow.

Don't assume. And if you're worried that will be the response then he obviously isn't as fast as you say.

You assume wrongly again, it's that you'll reflexively deny it.

Not at all. What about the way I've engaged this discussion leads you to believe I have a rooting interest in something so trivial? I've seen enough of every name mentioned in this twisted logic discussion you're giving here. I just don't agree with you in the slightest. If you make an outrageous claim, I ask for outrageous proof. Grown man stuff, Put up or shut up.
