He's possibly referring to their links to wanted drug and arms dealer Daniel Kinahan who currently has a $5 million bounty on his head and which led to Tyson Fury being refused a visa into the US this week.

Won all but 2 rounds. A guys who goes life and death with Charles Martin and who doesn't have durability that Arreola does, I don't see troubling Ruiz.

Decent fight. Another do or die fight for Ruiz. Wouldn't be too bothered if he failed, really. He doesn't have much to offer the top of the division.

Ortiz is a dead man walking he looked horrendous in his last fight, but he's fighting Andy Ruiz so anything is possible I guess.

Fighter as good as his last opponent. Both looked like sh1t in their last fights against mediocre opposition

Some awfully short memories on here...

Ortiz is shot - his last performance was absolutely awful, against a very very mediocre opponent (who was dominating him for most of the fight). And if we're honest, it's not like he was ever anything special to begin with.

Ruiz may not be brilliant either, but his workrate will still be far too much for a guy as plodding as Ortiz was last time out. Sure, he didn't look incredible against Arreola but he got the job done and even if it wasn't enjoyable it was a comfortable win.

The idea that anyone even thinks anyone would pay ppv money for this astounds me.

If Ortiz beats Joshua Wilders resume gets a massive boost. It'll be interesting, but Ruiz should win. Ruiz just needs to keep the guard tight, catch Ortiz with 1 counter, and that wet paper chin King Kong has should fall apart. But Ruiz has a suspect chin so you never know

Ortiz's second fight this year. In his sixties he's still more active than all the other top HWs.

    War King Kong !

    Let me guess...

One of them will pull out from the fight or get injured in late August and the fight will be cancelled...

Hmm? now that you mention it, Ruiz will be right there standing in front of Grandpa Ortiz as he's not exactly fleet footed. Good chance papaw ko's the tub.

Exactly. After beating Martin and Ruiz, Luis Ortiz should finish the year fighting Joseph Parker. Then he'll have beaten the entire list of reigning champs Joshua beat.

It's ironic how Ortiz-Martin was judgement day for Wilder's record but now Ortiz-Ruiz is judgement day for AJ's.
