Wow, haven't seen Iván Calderón in a number of years... barely recognized him.

Two jarring things, 1) he is visually now a chubby middle aged nerd, you'd easily believe he was an assistant manager at Best Buy and 2) his English is incredibly good, and his accent sounds just like John Leguizamo's.

Round 1

González is shooting out a quick jab into the guard and swatting out with a left hand from the hip. They swap combos and Barriga seems to have buckled González's legs in the first minute, causing him to wobble unsteadily while ducking. Hard single right jabs from Barriga, slamming his fellow southpaw's lead glove back into his nose. González with fluttering double jabs while stepping wide around Barriga, then planting his feet and swaying back above the waist to make the man with the shorter reach lunge for him, perhaps baiting for counters. Barriga not biting, just stalking patiently.

10-9 Barriga
