Inoue needs to start moving cause beating Paul Butler wont be enough for him to keep his pound for pound crown specially when Spence vs Crawford and the Usyk vs Joshua rematch fights will happen soon and the chances that the winners of those fights will surpass him are high or pretty much certain (Joshua win aside).
