Is GGG playing mind games with the "Red Mouse"?

His best chance is to counter Canelo during the first 5-6 and therefore to force the redhead to discover himself.

Man, I still can't even figure out what country Golovkin is from. And he doesn't look Mexican or like a Borat type guy. But neither does Alvarez. Which countries are these dudes even representing for?

 

One of the things GGG was famous for and didn't do much in any of the 2 fights were bodyshots. GGG has to go to the body more in the 3rd fight

Yeah he needs to risk body punches. Everyone knows there is a leaky tank with Canelo, GGG needs to plant some of those left hooks on him and gas him out. He wasn't called Gasnelo for no reason

 

Canelo last looked good when he fought GGG 2 (despite losing 8-4). I don't believe he has shown the level of skill since that fight. He just simply plods forwards throwing punches to arms and elbows. He's done that for years now so maybe he's forgotten his skills. Plodding forward with minimal head movement (Canelos head movement is when he is static not moving forward) like he has done is not going to go down well with a guy who is very active with a heavy jab

 

I belive that Clen's skills have deteriorated since the 2nd GGG fight
In the past he threw combinations, now he's more of a one-punch puncher

 

Agree I think some of it is to do him bulking up. I've noticed his mobility and gas tank decrease as he moved up in weight and with taking a load of gear and rely on power punches too much. The issue is as Bivol demonstrated was that plodding movement looking very ineffective loading up on "bicep bombs" and most of the time missing. I think at 168 it might help GGG a little in having less to cut in weight and might help with power. He can take a punch but that's down to doing that much PED's his head and neck look disproportionate.
Beterbiev would definitely crack that chin though. There's just limits to human frames and he's pretty short by todays standards even down at Middle he got away with it at Super Middle because the division is that weak and poor.

 

Well, I don't like it. Maybe that makes me a bad person but I like to look at somebody and know where they're from.

 

Dammit.

 

Doesn't have the handspeed for it. Leaves him to open for Canelos counters and uppercuts.
