He's War Chisora but showed much more aggression and fight when he was throwing tables and slapping people at press conferences.

Chisora has never been good in my opinion. Slow plodder. The one impressive win for me was Takam and he’d been battered in every round before landing a big shot. Even that doesn’t warrant him being top of bills and especially not PPV. I think this will be easy for Pulev.
