Seriously impressed with him the more I see him. He really has awesome movement that gives off shades of Loma and Canizales. Beautiful stylist and also exciting to watch. This content is protected
I wouldn't put too much stock into it YET. The last 2 guys he fought were shot with one coming off of a KO loss and the other much smaller, inactive, and was already slow of hand and feet, but looked like he had sand bags tied to his feet and hands.
He has a lot of time to fight upper level fighters. Plenty of fighters will give him a stiff test so we'll see how far he'll go. You have to admit that he is very talented.
He looks like he has all the tools to be great. He's still very young. Of course he needs to step it up and fight more guys his age or a little older. He now has two older warriors on his resume...as does nearly every other successful boxer. He's learned a lot from the veterans which is the point after all.
He's actually more of an 8. He is definitely fast but not Gary Russell Jr fast. His handspeed is comparable to Devin Haney.
He put on two masterclasses in his last two fights. Hes talking about fighting Nakatani next .The japanese is a stud if Bam beats him and looks as good as he has looked against Cuadras and Rungvisai he proves hes a really special fighter.
