Kazakhstan is in Central Asia, not Eastern Europe.

 

It really grinds my gears when people keep referring to the Stan countries as "Eastern Europe". Maybe in the context of the Soviet Union it would be okay but was more than a generation ago.

Anyway, the Stan countries have way more in common with Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran and Turkey than they do with Europe or even legitimate Eastern European countries.

 

It pisses me off too, I mean look at the people ffs, they look like the Asians that they are.

I have seen some bizarre, outlandish takes on this forum but this has to be the most deranged. I couldn't dream a comment like this up, even with a fever.

 

I'm not denying there are some ethnic Russkis who moved there, but the majority is Kazakh and that ethnicity is very much an Asian one.

 

Charlo has more experience against contenders. I'd have to favor him until I see more from Janibek.

 

erm I think you'll find it's partly in Eastern Europe! it's a transcontinental country with a large Russian population (and plenty of Ukrainians and Germans too)

Absolutely insane he got outboxed 8-4 by korobov and had no answers for straight left hands, and the angles of a man infinitely worse at literally everything he does than Janibek. Make no mistake this isn't a close fight, and would be an easy night for Janibek, that's why Charlo, and everyone else has Janibek playing hide and seek. Janibek will grab the "boogeyman"'s title via be elevated, and proceed to move to 168 after Charlo turns him down again. There's no reason at all to think Charlo beats Janibek. Janibek does everything he struggles with, and has better attributes in every department almost.
