Boxing is more skill based, where anybody can beat anybody, based upon how they match up stylistically.

    Anybody from any era.

Instead of arguing, LOOK at the evidence that destroys your theory.

    FORTY YEARS!

    Answer the question:

    Are today’s WW’s better than the WW’s of the 70’s and 80’s?

    Yes or no?

All you’re doing is making assumptions based upon OTHER SPORTS.

If there really was evolution, then why are today’s MW’s and SMW’s NOWHERE NEAR as good as what they were in the early 90’s?

    That’s THIRTY years ago.

    THIRTY years.

Yet today’s MW’s and SMW’s are clearly nowhere near as good.

    So please explain this.

Pernell was more skilled, Crawford is more of a Hagler type, massive will power to press the action, impose his toughness and skills on you and break you down.

Advanced training is highly debatable, but does advanced training and sports science determine the winner of the fights?

Or do they just aid them, in a sport where fights are determined by skills and styles?

That counter right hook is always waiting, Whitaker wasn`t as intense with his counters.

    WTF.... you are either:
    1. trolling...in that case, just **** off please...or
    2. you really don't know very much about boxing (which is showing). In that case, ask more questions, watch more fights kiddo....
